The 2024 ICPC Asia-Pacific Championship was held from February 29 to March 3, 2024 at the University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University (VNU-UET). This was the first time the championship was held in Viet Nam, bringing together 195 students (65 teams) and 50 coaches from 40 universities across Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Viet Nam.
INT2 was proud to sponsor this prestigious event – the most long-standing and largest programming contest for university students worldwide. The teams competing in Ha Noi were selected from the top ranks in regional qualifiers in Yokohama, Seoul, Jakarta, and Hue.
After five intense hours of competition, the Championship title went to team NewTrend from Seoul National University with 9 solved problems. Team Sudo from VNU-UET won the silver medal, achieving the highest ranking among the 12 Vietnamese teams participating.
